Paxum: external credit card withdraw problem

I wanted to withdraw money to my external credit card a week ago. But they without reason and notice refunded the money to my paxum account. Does anyone have a similar problem? I don't really use them, so far, only once. Couple of months ago, I withdrew some cash for the same credit card with no problems. :helpme

Hi evy97,

Please check the Message Center of your Paxum account for a ticket relating to this situation. There should be a message there for you that offers you a free wire withdrawal in place of the external credit card withdrawal you previously requested.

We have encountered some issues with the 3rd party provider we use for External Credit Card Withdrawal and as we do not have an ETA for resolution we don't want our customers to be without their funds. Therefore we have cancelled and refunded all pending External Credit Card Withdrawals and we have offered all affected customers free wire withdrawals to avoid any further delays.

If you do not have a ticket from us regarding this situation, please contact me with your account Username and I'll be happy to look into it.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks,

Ruth :)

Hi seolinker,

If you had previously submitted a request for External Credit Card Withdrawal and were affected by this situation then you should have already received a ticket from us. Please log in to your Paxum account and check the Message Center of your account.

If you haven't received a ticket, then please email me your Username and I'll make sure someone contacts you.

Please note: the free wire withdrawal only applies to clients who had previously submitted an External Credit Card Withdrawal and were affected by the current situation.

Thanks,

Ruth :)

Hi George,

We have seen this error pop a few times and we are investigating the situation. It appears to be a bug as the transfer seems to complete anyway.

Please check the balance on your card as the transfer likely completed and is available on your card now.

If it isn't, please open a ticket in the Message Center of your Paxum account regarding this situation and then let me know the ticket # and I'll have someone get back to you ASAP.

Thanks,

Ruth :)
