Credit union from Paxum Card

Has anyone got a reply back from that canadian credit union that issued the trucash cards? Paxum says to contact wfcu.ca, I emailed the ceo and used their contact form but have gotten no response so far. Trucash says to contact Paxum. I have like $500 stuck on there :/

i posted a twitter post about this... they point the finger at the other guy. talk to people on here. they are on like daily trying to get money. one guy talks about paxum closing accounts if you are a biz not with a llc. in my state you dont need one.
https://twitter.com/search?q=paxum&src=typd good luck getting your cash out man :)

I don't care too much, it's not gonna kill me but $500 is $500. I'll give them a call if I don't hear back soon.

I wouldn't expect them to reply/return the money that fast... I think Trucashcard still works for online purchases? I'd just spend it online and be done with that.. it's $500, not $500k.

I tried paypal too - it said the card issuer rejected the transaction. Tried billing myself via dotpay and skrill as well, everything is rejecting it.

I paid via Paypal with my Trucash card yesterday, had the card entered as my prinary source. Depleated the account down to zero, good riddance have only ever had problems with that card. Constantly overcharged since they added currency conversion even if all amounts were in USD from the beginning.

try amazon

So the card is blocked for you? You can't use it for any purchase? I just made a purchase with paypal using my Trucash and it worked. Almost done spending all that is left.

The cards were originally issued from HomeTrust but Trucash moved the BIN from HomeTrust to WFCU last year.

Try amazon! Worked for me!

So what do I do now? TruCash tells me to hit up Paxum. Paxum tells me to hit up WFCU. WFCU doesn't respond. Card doesn't work on any of my own card billers, amazon, paypal, or anywhere else i've tried. I'm not going to sue internationally for $500.
