Adsterra payment on hold
 

I have $xx dollars on my Adsterra account, but payment is not issued yet, I am waiting for 2 months already.

I tried to contact support but they changed their support system and I can't contact my manager.

Anyone from Adsterra here?

Hard to say anything without knowing your login/email that you used in our system.

You can send them to me in a private message, so I could ask our support what's up :)
Or send us a DM in Facebook, that would work too!

I use adsterra a lot, never had a problem with them. I am sure the issue will be sorted.

I totally forgot about this thread. I still haven't received payment, I changed payment method to one with lower limit for payment, I contacted Adsterra on FB and still didn't receive an answer.

@Adsterra Network, can you please check where is the hold up?

The thing is, since the was a stop in traffic from your side, your account was moved to inactive category. And that's what caused the issues.

All fixed now, your $xx will be transferred to you on the next payment period (May 16–17)

Same as you, i totally forgot that I have a balance in my Adsterra account, but now I can't log in to check how much i think they block my account.
