I can connect a camera to my AI server and read license plates of the cars going past my house. I can add a multispectral camera, and read the wavelengths of the light reflected back from the exhaust that the car produces. Different exhaust will absorb or reflect different wavelengths of light based on its chemical properties. (It is the same way telescopes can know the atmospheric properties of different planets).

NYS doesn't have emissions testing or sticker. We have an inspection sticker and it's now tied to your registration.

They track invalid ones using your registration via license plate readers on all the cop cars and Thruway cameras.

NYS considers faked state docs of anytime as counterfeit. And they don't fuck around.

Going to be funny as shit when he gets stopped for having an emissions sticker for a state that doesn't have emissions stickers.
