Do you know if they work the weekend?

I tried by icq and email without a succes since this morning.

they work round the clock.. just open a support ticket!

I tried by email (technical support) but maybe that I should put a higher priority.

i waited like 2 weeks for my server to get setup. they said i didnt fax my contract, so i refaxed it and now they just ignore me.... needless to say i found another host.

Maybe you should find another Fax machine while you are at it?

Tech is fast and supportive. Send the email and they will get back to ya.

Not sure if you're talking about the same Jupiter Hosting. They had a server up and running for me in two hours on a Friday afternoon.

im sure it was just me that had bad luck for some reason. cause ive heard nothing but good things about them. im not trying to talk bad on them, just telling you all my experiences...

Hey Johnny, If you?re the guy I think you are - yeah, we never got the contract. The Fax number we asked the contract to be faxed to is an E-Fax number. It seems to work for everyone else. If you paid and didn't get a server, damn dude, call me and I'll refund your money asap.

Straight up though, we can't release a server without a signed contract. Sorry.

always 24 X 7. If we didn't, I doubt so many folks would host with us.

There's gotta be another way to reach Jupiter besides phone, fax, ICQ, email, online forms and 800 numbers. It's just so limiting!
