go with 50 push ups to start then a few sets of pull ups. that will get you blood pumping.

what you dont take at lesat 15 mins a day to stay in shap. a lot of people here does an im one of them. 300-"344" max on bench. still need to get ahold of some dumbbels for the backyard pile them im set.
