Hey Kat :) Total gym works great for me as well as push-ups, free weights and swimming is a great physical conditioner. :)

I think combining weightlifting and jogging works pretty well. Drinking lots of water definately helps. And of course, burn more calories each day than you consume.:thumbsup

Definately the combination of Cardio and weigthlifing would be the fastest - but make sure your patient and persistant because it does not come easy or fast!! Good luck - Also feel free to ICQ me I have quite a few different lifting programs on an Excell sheet:thumbsup

Niiiiiiiiiiiice! I've been working out 4-5 times per week going pretty well, eating habits are high protein, very few carbs, high fiber and lots of greens and water. The running I will incorporate more into my workout, wanna look good when I visit my family in Hawaii. Thanks.

Coolio, yeah I'm doing that now, but it's Curves, for Women, I love that fuckin gym, I work out at 7:00 am each morning and eat good throughout the day, but the running will help. I ran for 8 years straight in the Nav, 3-5 miles, 3 x per week, need to go ahead and do it again, my knees aren't blown, thank god. Thanks Firehorse.

Forget situps, bad for your back.

You don't need any machine, all you need is there allready !

Do all kinds of exercises, like swimming, biking, pushups etc.

Become a veggie and all your problems will fade like snow.

swimming is pretty good... but I prefer riding on the bike while reading a book and listening to tunes on my mp3 player... it helps the time go bye and since it's easier than other exercises, you are more likely to exercise longer
