Plug in and Filters are for noobs. :Graucho

If you really must have them, you can download tons of Adobe shit (brushes, shapes, actions, etc...) right here. http://share.studio.adobe.com/Default.asp :thumbsup

Now, all I need to know is the name of the Plugin that cuts things out of the BGround :)

thats called the polyganol lasso and you better do it by hand for best results

I concur!

You can use Knockout 2.0 (maybe a newer version is out) but I prefer to do it all by hand. Just zoom in, click and move...it's time consuming but you'll get a lot smoother of a cut out if you do it that way.
