Why are customer support reps always busy??
Nomatter what fucking company you call, it says "all representatives are currently assisting other customers, please hold for the next available representative."
WHAT THE FUCK?? arent they ever just sitting there not doing anything? and if the companies CSR department is too busy, why dont they double the staff?? Isnt customer service very important anymore?? FACK! |

I cancel my account with a company if I cant reach someone within 1 minute on the phone.

Forget hold times... I consider it lucky just to get someone from the US on the phone and not someone I can't even understand in India

No. If it was important, I'd be talking to someone :) It's just like the supermarket or a restaurant. They'd rather have people wait than have excess payroll standing around. Sometimes when you need a company it's because a server is down and that could be the problem for a thousand of thier webmasters at the same time so sometimes it's not possible for them to answer all the calls...

Cause their are lazy fucks and they don't respond on time as they should. They barely worth a fraction of the money they are getting paid.
Few days ago Diz messaged me cause he was looking for someone to provide some extra support to his webmasters and monitor the boards for sponsor requests. I told him I'll check if someone I know can fill these requirements, but after a while I said fuck it, I can do that easily and better IMO than many of the sponsor reps. I'm busy blah blah I'll get back to you in few hours or receiving a reply every 20min are 99% of the time cheap excuses. 30min ago I was talking with 3 friends, while replying to a sponsor request, talking with a coder about 2 scripts and checking the board, my email and stats at the same time. Webmasters have been messaging me for years and there was not a single time to remember I replied to someone back I'm not available at the moment or ignore him . |
And the same applies to most CS/reps cases. I've seen with my eyes employees putting on hold for long time to BS around or even go make a coffee and I've heard innumerable similar cases from others.

the longest hold time i have ever had was last month. i was on the phone with a Fish Tank Filter company (my filter thingy wasnt working)
They said my Approx. hold time was 42 mins!!!!!!!!! :feels-hot FOR A FUCKIN FISH TANK FILTER COMAPNY!!!!!!!!!!!! |
