Rumor has it iBill just let go the last 3 IT people it had. This is from some pretty reliable sources, and it doesn't look good.

Someone should do a case study on this. How to take a really solid, respected and profitable organization and destroy it. Good teachings for how not to do things.

BTW...if you are using them, check your transactions and make sure they are correct and there is nothing additional being added to them.

Somewhere I think there's a coincidental parallel.

If i think back 8 years or so when i first opened an account with Ibill they had serious issues even then. My rep was constantly making excuses by saying Ibill was growing so fast and the IT guys could not keep pace. They had issues of software refunding many thousands of membership fees for no reason other than a software glitch . Hours sometimes days when the CMI was down. Days sometimes weeks when reps didn't return phone calls or have the knowledge to answer your questions. Scripts which allowed passwords to be added by almost anyone, the list goes on and on.

The writing was on the wall when Bender sold Ibill to Penthouse and it just got worse from then on. I don't think a bank as huge as First Data would hold on to all those millions of $$ without a very serious reason and i can only guess what that may have been ?

I doubt it will happen with CCbill as long as they move with the times and keep adding new and useful features to keep pace with programs like Nats. But if they sit back and ignore the fast changes that happen in Adult then who knows ?

The only fishing Iballs is doing is maximizing the amount of revenue it can take in before they go belly up LOL

Looks like Ibill is about to offer compulsory XTV stocks now to everyone they owe money to.
This is what the email from Michelle ? the AndrewatIbill Replacement, suggests:

Got the same shit from her. "We are not going to pay, but you can get stocks instead. Let me know what you think?"

Wow, after reading all that I'd be very, very concerned if they owed me any money. The fact that they are stupid enough to brag about such things and call attention to them by sending press releases really underscores the stupidity at play here.

Ibill will come back stronger than ever! Great name recognition. Rates have just been reduced further , to only 3.99 per cent for first 90 days. Compare that to ccbill and segpay!

they fired their IT people because they don't need them anymore. They're simply done ripping off webmasters and stashing their money somewhere in the Caribbean

Don't be surprised if some large checks start going out in the mail in the next two weeks. The layoff of the IT department is just a matter of getting rid of "dead wood" that is no longer needed. That much more money for the webmasters who are owed back payments!


People should be aware that this is the best time to get in on the Ibill bandwagon. It is not too late to sign up as an Ibill customer!
