but if you like the domain UsedCarSearch.com, maybe you'll love the domain: DJSearch.com... I just need to find the right partners to develop it with. :winkwink: . |
We do have plenty of mainstream and adult domains available for development deals:
GothSEX.com PovSEX.com StockingSex.com JumboPorn.com VirginPorn.com ModelingAgency.com PodPORN.com SexBLOG.com PornBLOG.com Companionship.com CelebrityDirt.com BoobJobs.com HollywoodExposed.com AnniversaryGifts.com PornstarSearch.com Planners.com SoundCard.com VIPClub.com ThrillSeeker.com Curious.com and more. obviously I'll entertain buy offers, but looking for development deals: i.e. little cash upfront depending on equity split and revshare % ongoing. For content providers & designers: If we have to do 100& of the development work based on your designs or content, we're comfortable with those type of deals too. For sponsors: perhaps you see an opportunity to let us private-label or cobrand your sites. Models, single girl/boy sites, we have something to cover that genre too. Most, if not all, of the domains have steady type-in traffic, just think of it as undeveloped real estate with foot traffic that needs someone to build a business on... and the sooner the better. email me with any questions, suggestions or offers: <----------------------- . |

give me some time to think about it man, with the amount of dj's coming on the scene these days it seems like everyone is a dj....it would definitely be a great domain to develop into a "dj search" similar to thedjlist.com, but expanding on their idea big time...their site is slow and clunky anyway |
What did CelebrityGossip.com sell for ? Great name

i.e 1) online "talent" search / online reality show 2) actual search engine / portal / store 3) directory/ DJ booking service etc I have a masterplan that someday will include DJSearch.com, DJBlog.com, DJHQ.com (online & offline), DJonDemand.com & DJAgency.com - I just need the right team to make it happen. :winkwink: I'm always flexible and open-minded, so if you can think of anyone that wants to collaborate, email me... like I said earlier... lots of ideas... not enough hours in a day... Damn, I just realized I've been up for 40+ hours straight. :upsidedow we'll talk later, plus I want to talk to you about your program. g'night all. |

The BIG domain sale.

Many buyers wanted the name for it's revenue, but the brandability was a factor. Most importantly: Neither bidder required traffic testing/sampling because I provided an over-abundance of stats, screenshots, spreadsheets, historical earnings/traffic data, year-vs-year growth numbers, etc. and I'm willing to do a conference call with DomainSponsor and bidders to verify stats/earnings. All-in-All. Quick turnaround time, but I already miss the domain names... especially DreamVacations.com If any of you are new or old to the domain parking game, signup thru DomainAdvertising.com (that's my personal referral domain for DomainSponsor (10%)) and I'll guide you through setup, offer extended support by email and phone (I work 20 hours a day, sometime 40+ hours at once, like right now) plus for any domains that don't monetize well or that you're not satisfied with, we'll try to offer alternative solutions to help you monetize that real estate by selling adspace or leasing it to interested suitors. Plus, I'll help you sell your domains, provide domain management tools, clickstream analysis, add your listings to aftermarket sites and our own marketplace. And if the situation is right, assist with moving you beyond domain parking & domain sales and into domain development. Obviously if you'r earning plenty with parking, you're happy, but you may still have domains that don't make enough to pay your $7 domain renewal fees. We recommend diversifying in case the industry turns upside down overnight due to the potential clickfraud epidemic. We'll set it up where you can make changes on the fly, from parking pages, to mixed content, to CostPerAction, in a flash... and in the near future offer... another feature that is still in stealth mode. Plus, I will do my best to offer domain registrations at my rate of between $7-$7.50 depending on the registrar. :thumbsup So, if you haven't yet, Signup with 1 domain or 1,000+. It only takes a few seconds. Then email me and let me know so I can verify you are setup correctly and answer any questions you may have. But I'm not a dumbass, I'll even work w/ you if you didn't signup under me and try to assist in any way I can. I'm here on GFY to network with other webmasters & domainers and this is the best way to get to know many of you and perhaps find a way to collaborate in the future. If you want to be part of what I'm talking about, email me so I can keep you all updated. </the Taboo Show is now over> :1orglaugh . |

sponsorcash [at] mail [.] com and cc it to: instealthmode [at] mail [.] com I pay for both accounts but they are JAM PACKED so it may be held up on my end. But you won't miss out on any mailing or update, I haven't slept for 45 hours so I'm going to take a nap :winkwink: before I mail something IMPORTANT out. I don't want to list domains for $1 by accident. LOL. |

i own 30-40 worthless domains.. can you help me make a million dollars with parking? :thumbsup

Quote:
yes, definitely. I'm looking for single girl sites that manage their own site and/or are at least interacting with members on a regular basis. I'm sure Tabitha qualifies right? If so, great... if not, perhaps you'll point me in the right direction and I'll make sure you get appropriate credit. It's for 2 projects, one is SexBlog.com/PornBlog.com and the other is for a borderline project (fineline between adult & mainstream, i.e. maxim meets reality shows) <--- I just read what I wrote and the concept sounds crazier than I thought it did originally. :1orglaugh and the DJ venture will be fun... I'm adding a major DJ component to my flagship site: Official.com which I'm aiming for a launch next year. Should give me plenty of time to get DJs listed and setup with our site. and if anyone's reading this and feels left out, don't... I'm planning on having affiliate components for everything, even mainstream sites. You can see some of my crazy affiliate talk in this thread below (where I almost got flamed by everyone) Business Thread: Your Wishlist for Affiliate Programs. I still think it was a good idea. :upsidedow . |

Ya know I signed up with DomainSponsor a few months back and have been reluctant to put any domains over there as it seems they discourage the use of nameserver changes - seems kinda strange?? Sure wish they would make it a little easier to just change DNS and fly - Ive got 1100 domains I wouldnt mind testing over there, but certainly not going to go put up a frame/index page on every one
Also noted that they seem to discourage "advertising" links to your own domains - if you have links on say your own domain sales site linking to your domains they wont pay for that traffic? Even though it may lead to sales with a cut for them? (At least thats the way their TOS reads) |

now, back to your issue with DomainSponsor... email me right now with your exact problem and I'll see if my techies can find a solution for you to get you using DomainSponsor. But send me a detailed email: sponsorcash [at] mail [.] com Curious, what landing pages are you using on your domains now? . |
Right now Im using the SedoPro system - customizable(to a point) landing pages and unfortunately being a new parking system it also has little annoyances - but at least they'll pay me for traffic that comes from old DMOZ/LL/SE traffic from when the domains were used back in 2000/01 etc.
They figure that the traffic is still good traffic as well as they have a good attitude about me running a domain site where I can list my domains for sale that points to their landing pages - which is a win/win solution for both of us. |

email me so we can discuss this further: sponsorcash [at] mail [.] com . |
Whew, I'm back... got my 4 hours of sleep. nice trade-off: 50+ hours awake, 4 hours of sleep. Thank you PROVIGIL! - :1orglaugh j/k, it wasn't Provigil, it was the adrenaline.
now onto business. everyone that emailed me will get a reply. but I try to answer all your questions here // also: CelebrityGossip.com is SOLD! Thanks to everyone for their backup bids ("if it doesn't go thru I'll buy it") Deal was still pending, not on my part or buyers, but waiting for Escrow.com to finalize and now it's wrapped up. I want to thank the new owner for a speedy & smooth transaction. The buyer didn't just bid via email, but backed up the bid with an Escrow.com transaction and after I approved, the buyer immediately wired the full amount and I have already transferred the name to him and Escrow.com released funds a few minutes ago. Seamless deal, tht closed in less than 24 hours... actually less than 3 hours. Sold it based on brandability (though there is revenue). // next in line: now on to the CelebrityDirt.com Price Drop... is was something I was doing for fun, but a few of you have expressed interest and didn't know if it was real... and it is REAL... but only for a little while longer, but only for that EXACT amount. :) go to escrow.com to sign up as a buyer and send me a bid. Selling it based on brandability, not revenue stats. Quote:
next in line: HollywoodExposed.com - price is now FIRM at $35K. Unless you make me a great offer and do it today thru Escrow.com - I'll explain why in my next post or perhaps you can find out on your own. (google is your friend) // if you noticed my new sig regarding DomainAdvertising.com, email me any questions you have. I want to thank the people that have already signed up for the first time or signed up AGAIN thru me. :thumbsup // DomainGroup#2 MAILING goes out this weekend/Monday afternoon Will be lots of good domains and pricing. get on the mailing list by emailing me at: sponsorcash [at] mail [.] com . |

I might have a guy to hook you up with that has some single girl sites. I'd like an email back on that name too if you could. |

http://www.DomainAdvertising.com you may not make a dime if there's ZERO traffic, but even 1 click can bring in a substantial amount. A few weeks back one of my domains which never got any real traffic or revenue got 1 unique, and generated $100+ w/ one click. You never know. in fact, I even considered letting that one go or selling it cheap a week before that happened. you never know. :) and if you can't monetize with purely parking, there are other possiblities including selling the domain and... other avenues to revenue. either way, good luck. |

http://CelebrityGossip.com SOLD
http://CelebrityDirt.com SOLD ... i told you all that these domains wouldn't last! :winkwink: last one from this group: HollywoodExposed.com - 30 uniques a day. 91% type-ins. use it for an adult site, blog, media dump, or celebrity gossip style site! Looking for $20K-$35k (OBO) depending on how fast you're willing to pay (i.e. pay all now or on payment plan). will take lower offers if you've built a trust factor with me or already spent money with me in the last month :winkwink: or willing to close within 24 hours. as usual, prove you're serious by making an offer thru escrow.com - if you don't know how to, email me... tell me you're serious... and tell me to set up the escrow.com and I will... but be able to wire escrow.com within 48 hours. don't be afraid to make any offer, I don't bite. email me below: sponsorcash [at] mail [.] com I also own: GothSex.com, POVSex.com, VirginPorn.com, SexBlog.com, PornBlog.com, FederalLoan.com, VisitAmsterdam.com, and the ones listed above in this thread... if you want to be included in our next mail-out to domain buyers, email me asap. first batch of domains from that group sold out. thanks for looking! |

youngchickz.com (My oldest one - 1998/99) besthotteencams.com legalbarely.com seductiveteengirls.com naughtyat18.com teacherspet18.com fuckherstupid.com sexytalklive.com (a phone sex related domain) countpornula.com (registered for fun since I use the nick Count pornula sometimes) sweetyoungasian.com so all in all there is nothing of any real value in that list.. I owned trueloveonline.com at one point which probably was the best out of all my domains. |
How much do you think HollywoodRant.com is worth?
