Last chance: DreamVacations.com & CareerSeeker.com domains for sale w/ stats & shots

email address is over here
<-------------------

THIS IS A LONG POST, with lots of stats & info. If you're not interested in these domains, skip this thread cause lots to read.

////////////////

Last chance: DreamVacations.com & CareerSeeker.com domains for sale

A few of you have contacted me about these names for sale, and this may be the last chance for you to bid on these 2 domains. You can make an offer on one or both. Looking for 9X-13X annual revenue, I have screenshots, excel files, and stats with historical data to verify parking revenue. Only contact me if you are serious about buying one or both domains and can back up your offer with an Escrow.com bid.

I'll include some stats below and link to others, but do not contact me if you are on a fishing expedition... I don't have time to waste this week because I'm prepping my domain portfolio sale. If you're interested in any of the domains above or the domains in my sig: GothSex.com, StockingSex.com, SexBlog.com, etc... email me. We also have other domains that we are developing that may be available for sale (cash, cash+equity, joint-ventures): LocalListings.com, Planners.com, VisitAmsterdam.com, FederalLoan.com, TennisTutor.com, BoobJobs.com, ChicagoOhare.com, Soundcard.com, Curious.com, Genomic.com, MoviesOnDemand.com, MusicOnDemand.com, NewsOnDemand.com, AnniversaryGifts.com, SparklingWine.com and more.

email address is over here
<-------------------

Here's some stats, I will be adding more to this thread soon:

Here are the stats for:
CareerSeeker.com (+286% increase in revenue 2005 vs 2006)
DreamVacations.com (+165% increase in revenue 2005 vs 2006)

So you can do a year-by-year comparison, we've included
multiple reports run on 06/15/2006 for the following dates:
> January 1st, 2006 - May 31st, 2006 (5 months / 151 days)
> January 1st, 2005 - May 31st, 2005 (5 months / 151 days)
Screenshots from DomainSponsor also included.

careerseeker.com 01-01-2005 to 05-31-2005
careerseeker.com 01-01-2006 to 05-31-2006
dreamvacations.com 01-01-2005 to 05-31-2005
dreamvacations.com 01-01-2006 to 05-31-2006

If you need the excel spreadsheets, email me.

////////////

$23.76 Both domains total average revenue per day
x 365 days
-------------
8672.4 revenue year.

Looking for a multiple of 9X-12X annual revenue ($78000-$104000) depending on how serious you are
and how fast you can pay. I may even accept a lower bid of 7X, but I've priced it based on what
some of you have offered me very recently. By all means, feel free to negotiate and discuss
whatever offer you may have in mind. Keep in mind, the domain's landing pages are not truly
optimized completely (yet) so they have not reached anywhere near their full potential. I have no
control over what DomainSponsor shows, therefore I can not remove any apparent traffic leaks or
irrelevant links. Even though I have tried to help DomainSponsor hand-optimize my landing
pages, they have not done so. I believe the revenue will increase dramatically, plus if you have a
better revenue-split with a parking partner or you have your own search feed, these two domains
are priced reasonably. I prefer not to let anyone test the traffic on their servers, not because
I'm hiding something but because it delays the sales process for far too long and wastes
everyone's time. Besides, you can call my handlers at DomainSponsor to verify stats, traffic,
revenue. I've sold domains recently for mid-6 figures and one for nearly $4,000,000 cash and
neither deal required traffic-sampling.

It is not required that you purchase both domains, here is the breakdown:
CareerSeeker.com ($10.24 x 365 = $3737) @ 9x-12x = $33633-$44844
DreamVacations.com ($13.52 x 365 = $4935) @ 9x-12x = $44415-$59220
Once again, pricing depends on how soon you can pay and if you buy both domains I'll give you a
substantial discount. I may consider selling them both for $50k, $60K, $70K, etc... just make a
serious offer... but if you lowball me, keep in mind, I'll be waiting for all offers to come in.

The data I've included below is EXTREMELY important and shows the % of type-ins vs. search engine
& link traffic and the percentage is well above 90% which is fantastic.

(More detailed stats below featuring 12 month historical data and type-in vs. search engine
traffic)

for any of you who are interested
but have not made a bid... please keep in mind, we are looking for offers THIS WEEK with the goal
of CLOSING BEFORE July 1, 2006. A few offers have already been received for 1 and for both
domains, but to keep people from bidding against themselves and to prevent everyone from wasting
time, please send us your offer via email but ALSO go to Escrow.com and setup a transaction to
prove that the offer is REAL...

you will see these options:

Transaction Title: (list 1 or both domains)
E-Mail Address of Other Party: [email protected]
Your Role: BUYER
Who Will Pay the Escrow Fee: BUYER
Length of Inspection Period: 2 DAYS

The next screen will ask you to add the domain names and your offer. This is the ONLY way for me
to believe that you are serious and making a legitimate bid. While we can negotiate forever, I am
more inclined to accept an offer if I know it is real. Escrow.com will send me an email
confirmation, if I accept your bid, you'll know right away. You do not & CAN NOT send money in
until I approve. I have already talked to Escrow.com this morning and they are fine with the
arrangement, plus you can call them to verify that I am a legitimate buyer and seller. They won't
give you details, but they will tell you that I am a good client. You can reach them at
1-888-511-8600 Toll-free (USA) available Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:00pm, Pacific. They will also
walk you through the process if you hit a roadblock.

(continued from my last post)

Some of you have asked some VERY important questions:
-----------------------

Q: What are the creation dates?
A: Some of you realize how important the age of the domain name is and how it plays a role with
search engines and rankings and any future changes google makes may weigh even heavier on the
longevity of the domain name)

Registrar: Blue Razor Domains, Inc.
Domain Name: DREAMVACATIONS.COM
Created on: September 15, 1997

Registrar: STARGATE HOLDINGS CORP.
Domain Name: CAREERSEEKER.COM
Created on: March 6, 1999
--------------------------
Another series of questions:

Q: Type in traffic %? Search Engine %? Linked %?
A: Obviously the higher the type-in traffic (direct request) the better. Here are the stats, and
they are not just good, they're amazing at higher than 90%, even as high as 95%, month after month:

These are aggregate stats for the root domain, front page hits only. I've grabbed some of the data
below, but please click on: http://dreamvacations.com/domstats and view month-by-month by clicking

We believe DreamVacations.com is a premium domain name even without the traffic to support it. The
term applies to all modes of travel and types of vacations packages and destinations. "Dream" is a
relative term, depending on someone's income, their dream could be a simple Ski vacation; while
for others it's a 2 week Alaskan cruise; and for others with more wealth: a monthly jetset
vacation of nightclubbing in Ibiza & Majorca OR a Safari in Africa. DreamVacations.com can &
should cover all these options. Plus, it has the added bonus of someday in the future including
virtual "dream vacations" as seen in the movie "TOTAL RECALL" with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The last
sentence is a joke... but don't laugh too hard because they are saying this may be a reality
within the next decade. Sure, the concept is a little to Sci-Fi for most people, but so was
Electricity at one point in time. Plus, it was the original reason I acquired this domain name.

My email address is over here:
<---------------------

Someone emailed me for a summary of the above, might as well post it here for everyone else. But I highly recommend reading the details above.

I have 4,000+ domains. These two are for sale initially:
DreamVacations.com ($13.52 per day from 52 uniques).
CareerSeeker.com ($10.24 per day from 59 uniques).

Both domains are 90%-95% type-ins which is amazing.

growth rate based on 01/01-05/31/2005 & 2006:
DreamVacations.com (+165% increase in revenue 2005 vs 2006).
CareerSeeker.com (+286% increase in revenue 2005 vs 2006).

Once again, pricing depends on how soon you can pay and if you buy both domains I'll give you a substantial discount. I may consider selling them both for $50k, $60K, $70K, etc... just make a serious offer... but if you lowball me, keep in mind, I'll be waiting for all offers to come in.

Both domains are parked at DomainSponsor and the landing pages still are not 100% optimized with lots of room for improvement. I have stats, excel files, screenshots + 12 months historical data. Looking for 9X-12X annual revenue depending on how fast you can pay. I may consider lower multiple if both names are acquired and done so before July 1. This offer went out to 10+ prominent domain buyers. Absolutely no traffic tasting, I don't want to waste time because offers are already coming in. Deal will be done thru Escrow.com, buyer paying all fees. Make an offer asap.

Your offer MUST be backed up with an Escrow.com buyer-generated transaction. Feel free to negotiate but if you want me to seriously consider your offer, follow my steps in the thread above. I highly recommend reading the details above. Ask your questions here, or via email.

People have asked me why I'm selling: Because I'm launching an affiliate program and I'm pouring more funding into it. And no, it doesn't compete with anyone I've seen on GFY.

re: DreamVacations.com & CareerSeeker.com

Both domains have been sold.
I was made an offer I could not refuse.

I will be sure to keep you all informed of the next round of domain sales and as always back everything up with detailed stats & historical data and my great personality.

I am tempted to sell the whole portfolio in order to fund development of a few choice ventures I'll be launching (both online & offline) so I will package that info together for anyone who is interested. be sure to email me your contact info so I can put you on my short list of buyers. I prefer to only mail out to no more than 30 people/companies, so be sure to be on that list... or ask me to remove you asap.
