Incase you did not realize but that is saying that webmaster are sexual predators.

Kind of a good thing dont you think? The intention isn't an outright ban on words, but a tool to nail deceptive whackjobs who hop on domain names or use keywords to lure children. Or to which children might be drawn in a normal search for something non-adult but having adult content.

For instance, people who jump on abandoned domain names with loads of traffic who dont care that it's a childrens domain. If powerpuffgirls.com suddenly went on auction and some person bought it and redirected it to hardcore porn (maybe with a bunch of script trades (ie: they dont give a damn because they have no intention of converting the traffic)), they SHOULD be in trouble IMHO.

But for someone using the name "Barbie" in a sex story on a site that's clearly adult is not going to get in trouble. Or like others said a Lannie Barbie ad page is going to be fine.
