Paycom/billing support and Bangthumbs->they don't care to get chargebacks ???
 

I subscribed 3 days ago. My username/passwords are not working. Impossible to login.

I Emailed Billingsupport, those idiots told me to contact the webmaster and that they don't own or operate this site.

They are the one who billed me and they manage the password file, why can't they help me ?

As for Bangthumbs, I ICQ them and Emailed them : No answer !

I will chargeback and it seems like they don't care ... Something is wrong here. :disgust

Let the weekend pass, im sure they will be on it on Monday.

No wonder why Visa/Mastercard have so restrictive rules now.

How come companies like Paycom doesn't give a shit about chargebacks and customer service ?

CHMOD - It's completely out of line for you to insinuate that Paycom doesn't care about chargebacks. Managing ratios is our business.

When Paycom handles the password management (which we recommend) then we can help resolve issues like this. But some sites choose to do this on their own. In such case, you would have to contact the site to resolve a problem.

Charging back the transaction doesn't solve anything. In a case such as this if you can't access the content you purchased and can not resolve the problem with the website, Paycom can issue a credit.
