If the XM and Sirius merger doesn't go through I'd look for him to land on XM. He is close with Opie from The Opie and Anthony Show and they need to fill out their channel some more (they were supposed to get a second channel eventually).

People confuse the constitutional right of "Freedom of Speech" with employers being able to fire you for wiping your ass the wrong way. You aren't protected from someone firing you for saying something by the constitution, you're protected from the government passing laws against your right to free speech.
