How many times do you eat red meat per week?
Lately I've been having steak twice a week. Is that too much?

It all depends how active you are...
If you're not working out / doing lots of sports then yeah it's too much. |

I ate way too much last summer and got sick. But I had a nice grilled steak tonight :)

I eat red meat at least 4 meals a week. Probably closer to 6. But I also try to eat 5 meals a day. And I don't normally eat more then 3 oz of meat in a meal. Sometimes I eat more, if I have a bbq or something. Stick within your calorie needs and you'll be fine, even if your intake was 100% red meat imo. |

I cut down. Maybe once a week now. Down from TWICE per day. I'd eat 1pd or so of red meat a day.

I cut down a lot since I've been trying to eat healthier. I still like to eat a good burger or steak a few times a month, but I'm usually cooking up some chicken.

At least 4-5 times per week, but I need a lot of protein with my exercise regimen. Normally I eat extra lean ground beef with taco seasoning and lean steaks and also beef strips mixed in with stir fry veggies and a few other dishes I like to make liek the occasional home made hamburger.

I would say 3-4 meals a week.Beef does a body good :)
