Hi all.

On August 14th, in Atlantic City NJ, I am scheduled to box John Wayne Bobbitt (yes, the guy who got his penis cut off) in a celebrity boxing bout. The event will be streamed live on pay-per-view through gofightlive.com.

As Bobbitt has worked in porn, and I currently work for a porn company, it makes sense to me to appeal here for interested sponsors, as a lot of consumers will be watching this bout. Novelty manufacturers, DVD or online companies, or other consumer-driven companies would probably benefit most. But of course, you know your own product better than I. :)

The promoter is currently looking for sponsors for the event, either for the boxers themselves or the event itself (signs in the arena, announcements promoting your product, ads in the programs, booth at the event and press conference). There are several tiers of sponsorship for those who are interested. For the event, the least-expensive sponsorship is $1,000, going all the way up to $15,000. I will rock him. He's a broken, self-hating man who has been arrested for domestic abuse. That doesn't fly with me, and he's going to find that out pretty quickly.

As for who I am, I'm posting under a dupe for reasons of corporate nicety. This fight is something I'm working on as a side project, and I do not wish to ask for sponsorships while posting as an employee of the company I work for (though it's not too hard to figure out). But you probably don't know me anyway, so don't worry. :)
