Incredible Dollars you have some explaining to do!
 

So a bunch of webmasters were telling me the horror stories of Incredible Dollars and their billing practices.

I decided to investigate and signed up for Sweet Yurizan. Upon signing up I waiting a few hours and made VERY SURE to read EVERYTHING. I unchecked the prechecked cross sales and none of them have shown up yet... However!

I did CANCEL after that few hours and I even unchecked the prechecked cross sales on the CANCELLATION FORM!

Today I just got billed for the full monthly charge even after canceling online and being given notification of my cancellation.

So, Incredible Dollars. The ball is in your court now.

And to make things EVEN JUICIER... I won't tell you who I am... You can find out easy enough just whois'ing my domains.

The real test is whether or not you bill me for the things I unchecked. Which was another practice other webmasters caught you doing to their cards.

For some reason they don't have the balls to do this in public. I don't mind airing the laundry.

such practice pushes surfers to spend few hours on reading statements or refuse from buying porn. it sucks (

I have a bank statement with their charges on it.

I've been hearing a lot about I$ and their billing practices lately... not a single thing of what I heard has been good.

I think it's pretty clear what is going on with the majority of the big programs.

Why it's even still debated makes me wonder.

Yeah should have done it with a pre-paid with a small amount of cash on it to see what bills he got. Well if you can use pre-paid cards to buy porn, I really dont know! :helpme

Whatever you do, dont chargeback... that will result in ALL your info being placed into a fraud database, which is used by ALL internet companies. Once you're on there you wont be able to use ANY of your cards on the entire internet ever! and not just porn sites!

All this reminds me of the good old times, when XPics was using similar tactics (no xsales, but they kept billing months after cancellation)...the reason why Amex completely stopped billing adult.

Let's see how long all this xsale shit can go on, time to build more mainstream business...if Visa pulls the plug, some people won't have many friends any more. No more bros, the party will be over if it continues like this.

Will those sales continue rolling in though? Once everyone is afraid to join a porn site and would rather go over to a tube site instead to avoid the risk of going thru all the crap.
Go join the site you're promoting, then after the experience ask yourself if you would ever want to go thru it again.

We need some serious self regulation....From the sponsors, to the affiliates, to the billing companies. We are all responsible for policing our industry, or the government will.

Must be alot of pissed off members.

hmm i hate to ask this but , are you sure this wasn't one of those cases where you are automatically converted to a full membership if you acess the full members area. meaning you would be billed the monthly rate as soon as you access the full members area and you just cancelled right after you became a full member.

Not that it would totally excuse them , if an experienced webmaster who is already "on guard" for any fishy extra billing gets tricked into a charge he thought he had carefully avoided , something is wrong.
