qxm 09-15-2009 04:15 AM

CunningStunt 09-15-2009 04:16 AM

Ruh roh, there may be trouble ahead.......

Rude and stupid posting to other forums from here.

StinkyPink 09-15-2009 04:17 AM

Great advice. :thumbsup

I read something like this on a mainstream moneymaking blog awhile back. Never really thought about doing it for adult because I am too lazy to look for decent article sites.

Machete_ 09-15-2009 04:29 AM

What I think?

I think you should go spam your shit somewhere else -- idiot. As I mentioned on my Blog

katharos 09-15-2009 04:37 AM

crime? and who is the victim? you cause your affiliate have better se possitions than you so you are getting only part of the money? its nice to see people sharing knowledge, and mine is that duplicate content is not that bad to call it crime ... :winkwink:

PaulB 09-15-2009 08:18 AM

Oh its not that bad. Im sharing a article which may be of some interest to other affiliates and which can create interesting debate as I know some people may or may not agree with it.

Its not like im on here trying aggressively trying to push my affiliate programme onto people. Indirectly sure... but Im at least contributing.

BTW, where can I get my one shiny internetz? Thats sounds awesome :)

fris 09-15-2009 08:22 AM

Now this is something I've been looking into. Can you recommend a good one to me because its not something I have a huge amount of experience in (usually White Hat techniques were good enought for me... but now that Im in the adult business I need to adopt some gray / black hattedness).

I use an article spinner.. you can find several of them online, free and paid. I do this more for articles I submit to article sites just to keep the content unique between them, not so much for SEO duplicate content reasons.

I will duplicate a blog post 10 times or more if it's a marketing post. Duplicate content or not, this earns more than only posting it once.

But you can do it by hand as well. Just look at 'news' sources or social media. MANY republish the articles, etc. What they do is swap the title and intro out.. then it has different anchor text pointing to them, and they rank.

Spun articles are just duplicate content.

Fletch XXX 09-15-2009 08:48 AM

i just replace every "the" with "da" and im good to go...

Na, a spun article can rank for it's own terms pretty much without question. If you take one article and spin it 10 times on the same website, each will list. If you take the same article, post it 10 times on the same website, one will list and the rest will trail.

Tom_PM 09-15-2009 08:58 AM

Well I guess I meant from a human standpoint. If I read an article on growing peas, and then 5 spun versions of it, am I learning something new? Nope.. I'm really not.

I'm predicting the future with my provocative one liner, lol.

Ahh... that would be true.

The nice part of articles, is they 'should' lead a 'better' source of related information. Doesn't always happen, but more often than not the article is niched to a website that expands on the info.

Or it should at least :)

Oh Im fully aware of what a article spinner is. I was wondering if anyone could point me to one which they highly recommend.

The problem with the internet, as we all know, is that for every good programme theres about 20 shit ones ready to bite you.

For every good program out there, there always seems to be 15 or 20 that bite you in the butt. It's one of the problems that we see with the internet in it's current form.

If you could point me to a good "article spinner" as they are known, it'd be great. I already have a fair understanding of how they work.

:winkwink:
