What is your experience with the free hosting that most of the sponsor offer.

Also if you know a sponsor and offer good free hosting that wordpress can be installed feel free to name it.

Well, the experience is not very good. The one and the most important minus is you can promote only paysites of this sponsor. The other minus when i used it was difficult to get the support if something went wrong. I guess it's better to buy a cheap virtual host.

Promoting the paysites from the sponsor is ok as long link trade with other blogs is allowed.

I think Sponsor Hosts are fine for Blogs, and of course link trade with other Blogs is allowed :)
