What is your experience with the free hosting that most of the sponsor offer.
Also if you know a sponsor and offer good free hosting that wordpress can be installed feel free to name it. |

Well, the experience is not very good. The one and the most important minus is you can promote only paysites of this sponsor. The other minus when i used it was difficult to get the support if something went wrong. I guess it's better to buy a cheap virtual host.

I think Sponsor Hosts are fine for Blogs, and of course link trade with other Blogs is allowed
