CCBill Payment Problems?

Saw some other CCBill WMS-related threads and I thought I'd throw my hat in and ask if anyone's having the same CCBill problem I am. Ever since January, my checks are coming with about 70% less money in them than I've actually earned. My sales still show correctly within CCBill's reporting, but the checks that come are incredibly low -- about 70% light.

I contacted CCBill about it last week. The live-chat help girl said yeah, they were working on it, and that's about it. No way to track the problem or anything. I had a hard time believing that they were gonna try and just leave it at that when we're talking about over $1,000 per week that's being wrongly withheld. So I called the phone support -- and the same chick from chat picked up the phone. She was nice and all, but that wasn't reassuring.

I'm told the issue has been logged under ID #39651, and that "I'll be contacted when it's fixed." Just wondered if anyone else out there is having the same problem. Not real happy about giving CCBill an indefinite, interest-free loan of a few grand.

Anyone else getting light checks?

digitaldivas 01-06-2010 12:11 AM

god that sucks, bump for you.

JimmiDean 01-06-2010 04:13 AM

Been paid one time and the exact amount owed for eight years straight without ever missing a beat.
All the stats are in the admin panel and even the payout dates not sure what your issue is.

andrej_NDC 01-06-2010 06:10 AM

70% of what the check amount says in their admin? Or 70% of their stats?

I saw the other peoples threads that were having similar problems last week. Not sure if they are resolved or not. I know someone reliable was looking at at least one of the cases.

Hope you get it resolved.

Jensen 01-06-2010 07:06 AM

wires have been paid like normal to me, but would be really annoying getting 70% less...

Me too, Jimmi -- well, five years, anyway. Hence the oddness. The sales stats are accurate in the admin panel; the checks just don't reflect them.

Mine was:

CCbill answered and they explained that they are correcting the error, so let's wait :)

AZNNC 01-06-2010 08:43 PM

Same issue i've been having.
Just got an email about it.

pornmasta 01-06-2010 08:46 PM

(well in fact, in their mail the issue started before it is written it started, but let's wait)

jdotdepp 01-06-2010 08:48 PM

a whole day and no reply?

Luscious Media 01-06-2010 09:03 PM

I'm having the exact same issue. I called CCBill today and they acknowledged the problem was on their end, assured me I would be paid and said they would get back to me tomorrow. I'm not overly concerned right now but the timing couldn't have been worse...with the holidays and all.

AZNNC 01-06-2010 11:26 PM

Dear CCBill WMS Affiliate:

We wanted to contact you regarding an issue we discovered with the CCBill WMS Affiliate sales payouts to your account. After careful review, we have determined that your WMS Affiliate Account was underpaid for your referred WMS Affiliate sales for the time period from November 29, 2009 to December 26, 2009.

To resolve this issue, we will return the identified funds to your account as soon as possible. These funds will be deposited back into your account in the CCBill sales period of 12/27/09 - 1/02/10; and paid out in the weekly sales check dated 1/11/10.

Please note: Because our payout system performs weekly reconciliations based on each CCBill sales period, we will send you a follow up email notification with the exact amount you are owed soon after the completion of that period's reconciliation process on 1/08/10.

Thank you for your patience in this matter, and please know that we truly value your affiliate business, and we have taken every step to identify and resolve this issue completely.

If you have any questions regarding the resolution of this issue, our Client Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. They can be reached toll-free at 800.510.2859, on LIVE CHAT in our Web Admin, or by email at [email protected],

Thank you and we wish you the happiest of New Years!

You might check the details. I think this might go further back than the period mentioned above. I have now checked each week of 2009, and there is a general mismatch between the sales reported and paid amount. Not at high as 70%, but some weeks like 20%... Will forward this to ccbill, so they can have a look at it.

Those are fees, some sponsors let you pay those.

No, why would they let let me pay fees some weeks, and some weeks not?
I compared the numbers before fees/bonus etc. (Subtotal on statement vs. reconcile Total). Further, I have picked some random weeks from earlier years, and can't find mismatches, when comparing same data.

Will wait and see if the 'underpaid' deposited amount above match my findings. If that is the case, then I know this goes way further back.

Check your sponsor details, if the fees are shared or not...maybe you tried some new sponsors with different settings. If not, it must be a bug, yes.

Marialovesporn 01-07-2010 06:55 AM

This is getting very interesting......

The "problem" is that with merged account, we can't see who is paying what. But I have checked some amounts if they were related to some specific sponsor(s), but can't point out any specific sponsor or see some pattern.

There are other similar threads, where ccbill have said there is a "known issue". But not what. I suspect it has something to do with introduction of cascade billing (it getting mixed up) but that is just speculation from my side. For now :winkwink:

burntfilm 01-07-2010 09:29 AM

They fucked up, plain and simple. they emailed me and said they'd fix it up on the next pay out. No explanation.

robertstacksghost 01-07-2010 10:34 AM

Update on my end: I got a personal email from Mike saying that the unpaid balance will be included in the check that goes out this Monday. I also got the CCBill broadcast email that was reprinted above by AZNNC. Will let you guys all know when the cash is received. Thanks for the bumps!

pornmasta 01-08-2010 11:16 AM

They added some money, but the money that i made with a sponsor from week 2009-10-11 to week 2009-11-22 (11/28/2009 23h59) is still missing.

where did they add money for you?

pornmasta 01-08-2010 11:25 AM

i compared the subtotal for the week on the check statement with the money that i earned for the week ( transaction for 2009-12-27 00:00 to 2010-01-02 23:59, reconcile date) and i noticed that there is more money on the subtotal.

AZNNC 01-08-2010 12:12 PM

Strange, mine is $108 lower.
Fees have never been that high.
