It has been set up for 2 years, and it is at top ranking for its domain keyword on both Google and Yahoo, which has 1300 local search and 2400 global search according to Google Keyword Tools.

It earns around US$50 per month, from AFF affiliate pay-per-click. I haven't change anything for it since I set it up 2 years ago, and it keeps bringing me income every month. Recently there is some change on my religion believe, and I no longer want to run any adult site.

The domain name is easy to remember, and great for adult dating or adult related content. I've done little on the site, so I believe you can better monetize with the site.

The domain is on namecheap, so if you have namecheap account it is free to do the transfer.

For the price, someone contacted me and offered US$1200 at the end of last year when he want to launch an adult site, but I don't want to sell it that time because I've no religion issue that time, so I just keep it as a small auto income myself.

Now I no longer want to own any adult site. So I'm looking for hundreds of dollars to sell it. Please give a good offer, as I expect little or actually nothing need to be done to keep the site at top position. It is domain keyword so even Google make change there should be little need to get done (almost all traffic comes from this domain keyword, as I've done very little on this site). At top position, it generates over $50 monthly if you keep everything unchanged (if you have better way to monetize it'll be great). I'll give you all the file sources, I don't want to keep anything for this site any longer.

Don't work in Chrome with javascript enabled.

And thanks so much for telling me about misbehavior on Google Chrome, that's why the commission drops as Chrome gets more popular... I'll be more careful for my other sites.
