Just some clarification on some questions.

Every thing you see on the site comes with it. I want to transfer the complete working site to the new owner. Both the .com domains (urls) plus their .xxx versions are included.

I'm looking for offers over $5,000

Its a good gig. Fresh content is member uploaded daily, the owner just needs to handle customer service questions, etc. I'm selling because my offline life is demanding at this time. If cash is short but you've got a proposal for a partnership in which you can be an actively managing partner, send me the idea and maybe we can work something out.
