@armysmoke - site has been running appx. 5 months now and I have not sold any ad spots purposefully so that if i chose to sell the site, whoever bought it could capitalize on that. i have been contacted a ton to buy ad spots, which is the best way to monetize the site. You can put revolving banners in the script in 8 spots - so the potential is HUGE!
Also there is a page for links which you can also capitalize on selling which I have not sold on purpose as well. With the inquiries on ad spots and quotes I have given people, if you were to go the route which I will go if the site doesn't sell for what it is worth, I am looking at cashing in on around 50k/month which as the site ages will undoubtedly grow.

Stats and traffic sources? Any oaid traffic? Alexa 4 million.

Looks like hamsterx.xxx went up in Sep 2013 and hamsterx.xxx went up in alexa ranking by 17,000,000 in the past few weeks. The only way to do that is to buy a ton of traffic in a short period of time.
