I own a website mylustybusty.com (very sexy and popular domain), the domain is around 8 months old, but recently I have get it fully developed ( in wordpress). Now I want to sell it, site details are as below.

About site: This is an adult blog that will entertain visitors with ' Erotic Stories ( Here you yourself can write stories or you can get stories from your visitors and can earn from the ad networks like juicyads and others), Sex Toys ( as of now I have make this option silent but this can be activated on single click, here you can write review about sex toys and can earn via affiliate sales like the adult toy store 'Adem and Eve' gives a flat 30% commission on every sale made by their affiliates, there are many program like this), Sex Tips (Here also the main source of earning would be ads from juicyads, and Sex Videos ( here you can add videos from big sites like xhamaster, redtube, after giving a little description about a video there will be an option to 'watch now' that will redirect the visitor to our host site who pays on cpm basis ( it can be anywhere between $2-$4 for 1000 visitors, it depends on the quality of your traffic)

Way of Earning : As of now I am not earning even a single penny from this site because I am from India and here in India it is not legal to earn from porn sites. But on this site there will be 4 ways to earn.

1. CPC Ads: - On pages like 'Erotic Stories and Sex Tips' you can earn with ad networks like juicy ads and others, Juicyads pays 1 cent for every click.

2. Affiliate Sales : You may join any good adult product affiliate program like adam and eve who pays 30% on every sell. On 'Sex Toys' you can write reviews about sex toys like vibrators, sex dolls, didlos and many others and can earn a massive profit by giving your affiliate links to your visitors.

3. From Videos - Big sites like Red Tube, xhamaster and many others pays you $2-$4 for every 1000 visitors that you send to them. So this is a very very big opportunity to earn from this blog.

4. By selling ad space - On the right side of site we have space for 3 ads, once you have good number of visitor you can sell this space for a good amount.

Current Situation of site :- Currently site is working fine (developed in wordpress), I have make two of it's options silent (sex toy and sex tips due to lack of time and content to manage them), I have not done any kind of SEO on this so I have 50-60 daily visits on this.

Reason to sell - I want to sell it because I am from India and in India it is not legal to earn from porn sites.

Yes I am using arvixe, and site load time is too high, I pay $7 per month for hosting, can you suggest something good in my budget.? and How is my site?
