quick google search tells me 37000 people live there so most likely not to many exact match searches coming from there.

Serious legit domain buyers take in many metrics and any buyer will look at

estibot is not reliable tool to value domains any domain appraisal generator should not be taken to seriously.

Australia has over 23 million people with English the being primary language also the 6th richest country in the world. yet estibot .net.au appraises my domain for $360,

Lichtenstein has only 37000 people in the whole country yet appraises at 39k

doesn't really make any logical sense, maybe someone paid a lot for it in the past idk

your domain may get ranked in li for free porn on the first page of google,

but with a population of 37k I have no idea what you would get but many other cities are larger then the whole country.

Only way to find out is hit a few sites up for some offers.

If I buy a domain i simply look at the metrics for that name exact search volume
and if its a Geo then the local exact match for that country and if I can make back my investment within 6 months depending on the niche.

I also dont listen to those you have never sold a geo domain in the same space or have any idea of the market its like asking a american real estate agent about the Australian real estate market, they simply Don't know the market.

I am no expert but I have sold a few .au names all above $xxx price point
