I have proof of concept. I am asking for $500. You must pay $250 upfront and $250 after you receive the blueprints.

I will draft a NDA that you will have to electronically sign. I will only sell this ONCE. I feel that spreading this information would be counter intuitive. I will likely rebuild it again and again.

This is a proven concept that worked very recently (just 4 months ago, and still has the listings). I sold this site for $2000 because I needed $ however I had offers after the fact of over $4000. And it was only 2 months old, it has grown since then without any updates at all.

The plans are very thorough, I will not disclose exact details. This is a great deal for someone looking to expand their empire. If you are an entry level webmaster you will learn things people will absolutely never teach you on these boards.

I read that entire transcript yesterday morning, and maybe that makes me a bit off kilter too, but that Nick guy seems completely unhinged. I got a real chuckle when I read that he was going to have the host "banned from Google." That's a lot like calling the police to let them know that your buddy let you borrow his gun to kill someone. Sure, your buddy may have known what you were going to do, but you are the one who committed the murder.
