The site is 100% clean no spyware any type of shit and the site don't have any popups or anything like that where you can earn a good extra money.

When i star on August i do a some advertisement and bought some traffic so far so good

but in this 2008 i do a slow traffic because of my work right now the traffic is on between 1000K to 2000K visits per day and Total page views 3000K +

And i have proofs of stats from the first day the site star online to today now i will like to know some advise if how much i can sell the site i need money to build a new house i will get married soon to right now im in USA Florida but im going to my Costa Rica so i will like to know a right price i don't want to lose it cheap i know it make me money and it will make you money any body who get the site pretty much you don't have to do anything on the site just make advertisement for the site just when is a new sex tape out there you have to add it and done pretty much the site right now is in auto mode i don't touch the site for like 2 or 3 months i just check my stats all the days and check the site is online i have my own server and the site is hosted in a hosting plan made but you can host it a regular host plan and don't pay more that $45 a month just a example $45 is to much or if you will send traffic like crazy you can rent a server for $100 anywhere and pay it just $100 from $3000+ that you will make per month just like is right now ;) for my self the site is on html 2 pages and images folder and that's it not a good design but fine at the same time so i will like to know some advises from you guys if you can help me to establish a right price you can post right here the price that you think.

Last thing don't ask me for the site name because i just want some advise based on this advise i will make my site for sale and then you will know the name ;).

I think the general rule in adult is 6 to 12 times monthly earnings. From your stats, it looks like you've earned $130,306.42 over 16.5 months. That gives an average monthly income of $7,897.36.

From the sound of it, your site sounds popular and solid. Assuming you can provide solid proof of earnings, I'd probably price it at the higher end of that multiplier. At 12 times monthly earnings, I come up with a baseline value of $94,768.32. Ask 18 times monthly revenue and see what happens. Good luck!

I would imagine in today's financial climate it could be more difficult to get the same earnings as over the last 18 months or so. The old cliche of it only being worth what someone is willing to pay may mean that a realistic price is nearer the $50-70k mark, but I guess you could start with $100k and be open to negotiation.
A 1 in 20 chance of winning $100 seems an excellent offer though. Good luck!

In today's market you'll be lucky to get what your asking price is. They say you should choose your price based on a 5-6 month revenue period. In your case you make roughly $8k/month so you should be asking somewhere around the $40k-$45k mark. Your site seems to be doing well as far as income goes, why would you want to sell it in the first place?

Wow, I'd love to know the URL in order to comprehend how you're making so much off of this.

If the site is really this consistent, I would charge at least 12 months of revenue for it. Not only would the buyer be getting the stability of the average earnings, they would also have the opportunity to really hit the jackpot, should a huge sex tape come out. Imagine a Jessica Simpson (or someone of that magnitude) home video getting leaked. If this happened, according to the numbers in your original post, the buyer would recoup their initial investment plus big time profit in no time. Whether the next big sex tape comes out next month or a year from now, eventually one will come out, making this a solid investment for someone with deep pockets. This is, of course, assuming all of the numbers above are legit. Which I have no reason to believe they aren't.
