I?m interested in buying non-exclusive video content and have a budget of $10,000 to start off. If you can provide us with what we are looking for at a good price, we will most likely spend about $10,000 every two or three months to buy more.

Here is what we require:
? High quality hardcore video content with good looking girls, produced during the last 5 years or less.
? Unrestricted internet rights, including for marketing purposes (license must cover affiliate use).
? Delivery on a hard drive in high res digital format.
? Excel Spreadsheet or database containing the following data for each scene:
o File name (the name of the video file on the hard drive), Production Company Name, Director, Title, Production Date, Performer Stage Names, Performer Real Names, Performer Date of Birth, Scene Description (a couple of sentences describing what?s going on in the scene), Scene Meta Tags (i.e. anal, boy girl, boy girl girl, boy boy girl, blowjob, handjob, creampie, cum on face, cum on tits, swallow, threesome, doggie style, fisting, teen, milf, fettish, bondage, fucking machine, ass licking, nurse, French maid, outside, bedroom, couch, pool table, etc), run time (i.e. 23 minutes)
? 2257 (Performer ID?s, 2257 affidavit, and model release)
o (These should be scanned and put in separate folders for each scene. The folder name should match the video file name)

Reseller authroization from the primary producer is important as well, but that's different... the 2257 affidavit is the statement signed by the producer swearing that he checked the performer's ID and that the performer was infact over 18 at the time of production. This should be a separtate one page form, but a lot of companies include this statement in the model release itself. Either way is fine for us as long as there is paperwork stating that producer signed off that he checked ID's and the performers were over 18 as of the production date.
