Introduction:

I recently read a post that was detailing a script that would run a site similar to sologirlindex. After reading the thread and the comments that people left regarding features I thought I should make this post.

We build custom CMS systems and have done for a few years we have covered affiliate marketing, solo model sites, image galleries and even adult pay sites the software we built as the framework which we build custom modules for already has the features and capability to run a any type of model index website.

So I thought I would package the required modules and set up a demo website to showcase what the script can do. Because we haven?t packaged it like this before we will keep updating the features but as you will see it is very feature rich already.

For obviously reasons we had to restrict the demo account from updating the database you can see all the functionality but clicking buttons will cause errors. This was the easiest way of restricting because the amount of features would mean a hell of a lot to go and disable.


Some of the Features:

Admin Features:

• Manage staff allowed to control your site.
• Manage passwords for your staff members.
• Edit website settings, text and meta tags for promotion.
• Secure log-in and log-in activity tracking.
• Manage your site designs.
• Easy access to support and future upgrades.

Pages Features:

• Add unlimited pages to your website.
• Add sub-pages of information to any page.
• Edit and manage pages for future updates.
• Temporarily pause or permanently remove pages.
• Easy to use page editor (like MS Word).
• Easily Upload and manage images.
• Insert images and text links at the click of a button.
• Manage pages settings to your own needs.

In addition to the above we added the ability to add multiple models and give them custom tags and categories. The script will also generate your categories as links for easy browsing.

You can add unlimited entries for each model into set types for Galleries, Videos and Other links and output them as either text or thumbnails, you decide what is best.

You have the option to make any link redirect through a counter or set it up as a hard link if need require it. In the future we will add a traffic trade script (see below)

ALL the output on pages comes from you inserting simple lines of PHP into your template. You can change options to choose the order your want to display results, how you would like to display them on the page (thumbnails, text, image and text etc) and also specify your own class names for the output so you can style it in your template.

We have custom wrote the template system and it works flawlessly with any css and xhtml design. It is so easy anyone could take a template and put it on the system within half hour.

There really is more features than I can list but please do have a look at the software and feel free to ask any question here or by contacting me. If you are unsure if a feature you need is already in the software just ask it can probably do it.


Price:

This software is normally sold as a custom solution so we don?t normally have a set price. How ever I will sell the script in this form to the first 5 people for:

$145

After the first 5 the price will be raised in return I would appreciate a review on the software and service from these buyers.

If I sell 10 copies I will write a traffic trading module to the buyers joint specifications and give this as an upgrade at no extra cost.

This script also has many other modules that can be added at any time including a galleries module and a video module which can generate film strips from any given uploaded video.

On a final note as I have gone on a bit now we will include 1 months free hosting to anyone that buys the script if they need it our hosting website is in my sig.

We have added more options to the image upload.

More options for the way you want to display results and listings.

Gallery System Module will be full integrated for this use.
Extra Custom Fields for model information.
An additional template more fitting of the purpose.

We are still consider also integrating the Video Module and writing a traffic trading module. We would appreciate any feedback on this.

Documentation is now being written to enable users to get the most out of the system.

In other news:

We have now added the onsite gallery module so you can add unlimited galleries of images for any of your models. This is seperate from the links to affiliate programs this means you can now host your own content on your website.

This is a great feature for anyone who shoots content or has models they want to showcase. We have added alot of options to this module allowing you to decide exactly how you want the images to display and if you want multiple galleries for each model or just one selection of images.

We have also restyled the default template to make it match what we are trying to do. It comes with both styles so you can choose and can easily be changed to ANY template or design you see fit.

We are going to do a couple of templates for this aswell, but we felt the extra features where priority.

Other Updates Include:

• Open links in new window setting.
• Template for outputs in settings.
• Slideshow for galleries (on/off option)
• Ability to break down gallery images into pages.

There is still alot that we haven't mentioned and alot we plan to add and do. You can get me on ICQ or by email to talk about the features and I am more then happy to give anyone access to a fully functioning demo to play about with.

The current demo username and password still work but still won't let you change anything.

We are not going to raise the price, given certain factors including healthy competition the price will stay at $145 and the Gallery Module is included in this price.

**Updates**

We have now adding extra navigation so that you can access any module and all the settings no matter where you are in the Admin. We had a couple of suggestions regarding this so made it a priority.

We are still offering the free installation for the time being and have plans to add more features in the next week or two. We have also now set up a support and suggestions forum for everyone using our software.

We have also set up a couple of full access demo sites so people who are interested can login and have full admin rights to put the software through it's paces before purchasing.

Just a quick note, at a users request I have done a mod for this script that allows you to get a random image to use on other websites to promote you ModelIndex website.

After having your copy updated (or with fresh installs) linking to the following image:
http://yourdomain.com/random-model.jpg

Will generate a random image of one of the models you have added to yoru site with their name. You can then use this image as you would any image and link it as you see fit.

As an example here is the one for the test site:


The above image will change everytime you visit this page ;)
