For sale is a Teen WP site. I have owned the site for over a year and have uploaded quit a few plugins to the backend.
I want to apologize ahead of time for not listing the URL as I want to avoid having it indexed as I might not be able to sell the site.
The site has a nice custom made banner, is aesthetically pleasing, and has ample room to grow. Given that I have not made much money with the site please assume that it has made me nothing.

The site gets about 50-80 UV daily, and averages 68 hits. The site this month ?til date (10/28/09) has had 1582 UV. Hits have been steadily rising every month.The site was recently renewed at godaddy

Given my circumstances I must sell this site as I?m in need of money. Please make me a reasonable offer.

Roby when you make an offer it is never nice not to stand behind it. For someone who has numerous posts on GFY I would imagine that you were a better businessman, but I guess not.
