Out of the three dozen who've contacted me about buying the site, none have completed payment. I have had some looking to buy ONLY the main content package, or all of the content packages for their own sites. Whatever they may be.

Considering that, and looking to unload things, here's the deal. If you want the site, domain, content on site and additional. $500.00

If you are looking for just a COPY of the site, content, and/or packages. I will take $100.00 EPASS for the copy. You can download them off the server. For those who want to send me a drive to copy and ship. That I can do as well.

I will show you a copy of the established site, and how it looks in the existing CMS. I have never done anything with the site since purchase. Hence the two other packages not even installed. The extra two packages are sorted by name. I think one is first, and one is last.
