Alot of you dont like alienQ.
i didnt when i first came here but after an ICQ conversation, i thought different.
i thought he was an ok guy and decided to work with him.
and after a few phone conversations, i thought he was a good guy
with a crazy ass board persona.
aug 2005
alien hired me for my services- an 8 min soundtrack
services were rendered to alien?s approval.
alien accepted and agreed to services and price of $200.00.
alien and his wife expressed that they were very happy with soundtrack.
alien agreed to pay me within 2 months or when Kayla?s site launched.
alien stated that kayla site was going to launch by dec 2005 or sooner
and was confident that payment would be made before dec. 2005
a joke was made during a phone conversation about slackers on the board who dont pay to which mark replied i had nothing to worry about.
I was confident that Mark was a straight up dude and agreed.

dec 2005 - ICQ about payment - didnt have the funds - said not to worry payment would be made - thinks within a few weeks - kayla is launching soon - just a few weeks
jan 2006 - ICQ's about payment - didnt have the funds - i offered that he make payments - said he would get back to me - kayla is launching soon - just a few weeks
feb 2006 - ICQ alien about payment - didnt have the funds - i offered that he make payments - said he would get back to me. kayla is launching soon and had other projects lined up -
Mar 2006 - asked alien for payment - didnt have the funds - I offered that he only pay me half of what he owed - $100 - Another heated convo about giving him a hard time and he wasnt using it - then came around and said he would get back to me and that payment would be made- payment is now basically written off at this point.
apr 2006 - ICQ alien - didnt have the funds, said the soundtrack sucked wasnt going to use it and lost soundtrack, fuck you - heated discussion - wrote him off as well as payment
May 2006 - ICQ regarding my reply on gfy thread about alien not making payment on services - heated discussion, then turns civil - last chance to settle and asked whats the real reason? - was told "investors"said it sucked back when it was first used - i asked why i wasnt told this in AUG or SEPT - which would have been acceptable term for non payment - and why are you still using it 9 MONTHS LATER if it sucked -
i said we were cool fuck the money. ect. but the excuse about the "investors" after nine months of Bullshit just pissed me off.
nothing worse than disrespct.

to not get paid is one thing and acceptable under the right circumstances - broke - the service sucked
but to be insulted and disrepected by a blatant lie after nine months of being cool is not acceptable.
I asked alien why he didnt he tell me of his "investors" decision in aug or sept, his reply is that im an asshole or something just as intelligent.
No answer from him.
the answer is obvious.
If i have anything bad to say about alien it?s only because he brought it upon himself.
Mark heres some advice - you dont know me - so dont assume.
Think about that on ALL levels before leveling any accusations worthy of a response that you dont want or need.
This is all i have to say about the mater.
