Epassporte is solving my issue now!

Maybe some of you knows my issue with epass,

With the help of Keyser,epass is solving my issue now.
They give me 3 opinion,

You have 3 options.
1) He can choose to close his gift account. If so his account will be
turned into a spend-only account. He will have two weeks to spend his
remaining funds via his electron card or virtual card. After two
weeks his account will be permanently closed.
2) He can add a VERIFIED credit card to his goldwings account. We
will then return this gift account to "normal" status and the
cardholder can continue using this account. He will need to send
front/back of load card as well as a statement/utility bill clearly
displaying his name/address. This will theoretically make his account
similar to a personal account.
3) If he does not have a credit card he can have someone else (in good
standing) open him a new gift/affiliate account for him. Once he
notifies us of his new User ID we will transfer his remaining balance.
The new gift account must have the same name/address.

I have chosed the 2) opinion,and hope my epass account will be unlocked asap.

And more,If you are the real person,your money will be OK with Epass.

Glad your getting it sorted out, it seems a lot of people that are having trouble and do get it sorted out if they contact the right people at epass and get verified, i'm sure epass are open to a lot of fraud and they are just trying to protect themselves.
