Bannerdept.com SCAM + designer needed

Hi,
Have any of you experienced problems with the guy of bannerdept.com?
He only delivered half of my order but I paid in full.
And when I check his website, bannerdept.com I got this msg:This account has been suspended.Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.
Witch is really not good.
No answer to my ICQ and mails.
I guess I have been ripoff.

Sucks to hear that. Really though, the old addage is still true in most cases. You get what you pay for. Best to do a little research on a couple boards and through a few people you talk with frequently before you go investing a few hundred (or thousand?) dollars in something. This shit happens all the time. Hope you atleast can get your money back.
