Hello sirs, I am selling my site nastyboards.com.

Revenues have exceeded $10'000 monthly several times and have been in the region of $10'000 for the last 3 months. I have roughly 50k return / search engine traffic and when the site was at its peek traffic trading we were getting close to 150k unique visitors and over 500k pageviews.

My main revenue sources are adult ad world, adbrite, juicybucks and ccbill.The price i am looking for is $60'000. Which is roughly 6months income. I have detailed revenue, traffic and advertising statistics which can be provided to people seriously thinking about putting in an offer

this site gets decent traffic, alot of its return traffic. I get roughly 4-7k SE traffic daily although thats not amazing its decent.

I am listed on google for terms such as: Porn forum, Free porn forum, Porn forums, Free porn forums etc on the first page.

Bandwidth costs are roughly $700 a month and as i said, income is roughly $10k a month whilst i was running it fulltime. I expect if you purchased the site and did nothing you would easily get the money back within a year.

If you purchase this i will tell you all the sites i trade with etc and how i run the site so it can be run at full copacity.

This is a pretty decent offer. This is my job. If i didnt need the money to purchase a house then i would be keeping this for sure. I am not willing to negotiate on the price because i know alot of sites sell for 10-12 months full income etc - i just need a quick sale.
