I can't run the program since the other 2 guys who invested the biggest part of the money have also the rights for the program...so we had an agreement to sell it and divide everything by 3. Otherwise to run it myself and get all the profit I would need to buy their parts, that's about $20k.

Otherwise I wouldn't be selling it...even without promotion it makes some money, so I would just leave it there untill I got some cash for promotion.

He's right, too much fuzzy shit and a program of ALL non-exclusive content, that I can buy for for around $5k, pay guys in Asia to make $250 tours and open with 20 sites...and that only costs $10k total.

The game has changed since 2006. I'm sorry to say, but even $20k is too much..it's too easy and cheap to build something bigger and better than what you have.. You got a better chance at $5-10k, but that's my Opinion and I've sold and built 4 programs in the 6 figure range..and my current program, I built from scratch with no traffic and it'll finish close to six figures at the end of the year, with only 20% affiliate sales..

Well, if you are that experienced then maybe you could get all that content for $5k and find good designers in Asia, but vast majority of webmasters don't have this opportunity including me. And honestly I doubt that you could make such a program for $10k, but that just my opinion based on own experience.
