Can epass stop known scammers?

So luckily i googled someones epass before i done a transaction and came across several stories of him scamming people over the last few months on various mainstream forums.
This is the scammers usernames:

tiatia252
danzlo
0-o-0
epass:cyn252
email:[email protected]

He works/has worked in adult before so be careful sponsors and everyone else.

If epass get enough people to complain about an account can they shut it down or would you need to file a police report etc..because this guys been scamming for months on the same epass account.

I believe 5+ complaints and they terminate the account but these type of guys just create another one.

Still curious as hell how scammers can get new accounts so damn easily, yet when I wanted to keep mine open I needed to send in all sorts of ID, bill with my address, etc. Even then I had to jump through hoops to get it all working right. However scammer boy can get accounts as quickly as blinking.

Scamming can mean many things.
Examples:

• Paypal/Epass transfers
• Carding programs and getting payouts
• Offering services and then not performing them after funds are sent
• Selling links or something and then not delivering

1. get epass acct
2. get sponsor acct
3. card sales
4. pray they get paid before being caught

I really did not think anything was up. One of the other things that I did ask for was stats for the revenue and he just completly ignored the question which I kinda thought was a bit strange if you are trying to sell a site. It wasent until he hit me up on ICQ and gave me his epass that the alarm bells rang from your post
