Understood, but your complaint seems to be a common one on the forums. IBut if people put in as many hours working on building, submitting and selling than they do bitching, whining, and complaining, I bet they would make more money than they do wasting time here. Start an "agency" convincing performers you'll find them work when you rarely do. All while still taking the monthly fee you do from them. Say you'll send out press releases for them but barely send out one every two months. And on those press releases, spell their names wrong and forget to include their social networks.
