Blog traffic help

Hi fellas,

I'm new to the whole adult blog thing, and I've recently made my first one:

theselfshot.com

What I could really use is some help as to how I could improve traffic, I'm looking for anything above 50+ uniques.
I've already done some SEO enhancements, but it doesn't seem to help.
Also, I heard backlinks are the way to go, but I'm not really sure twitter/facebook or adult blog directories help in my google ranking.

Could someone who is experienced in this sort of thing hit me up?

Thank you.

try Linkspun for your link trades - also submit your site to adult directories (there's hundreds of them) and this will start to slowly increase your traffic.

Thanks. I heard the trades and adult directories completely fuck up your SE ranks, tho. Any truth to that?

A-B-C trades certainly don't - which is what Linkspun is very good for.

Some blog directories have great domain authority. You definitely want as many incoming links as possible. Try to get ABC or ABCD trades. Linkspun is a good site.

BTW blog page looks nice but some sponsor links are broken.

Incoming links, got it. Can you explain what ABC trades?

Howling, what sponsor links are you talking about?

Nevermind, I got two ABC trades, and one regular.

Would you recommend buying traffic (i.e. choker)?

I would recommend creating as many "link bait" sites as possible and then get inbound links to your "money site(s)." Keyword research is important too.

Can someone tell me how selfshotbabes.com is ranking so high on 'self shot' keywords? I don't really see how it uses better SEO, all I know is it gets snowboard backlinks. Backlink context is no longer important?

Jason, I thought I'd better mention the site is blank for me, nothing there at all.
