Trafficholder, what's the purpose? - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi

To test my server (and other things) I bought 2k of traffic from trafficholder.
Server did fine, but when I checked my stats I just started to wonder...

I went to the Top-referer which was a page full of thumbnails to click. (no surprise there).
So I clicked a few to see what came up. Another similar page. And another. And another.
All the referer-urls where the same, no matter how long I clicked I was just sent to another thumb-page.

What's the purpose of this traffic? what can one gain from it? And since some of the thumbnails implied animal-stuff, underage-shit, and some of them were also (poorly) made celebrity-fakes thumbs, surfers would just get dissapointed when a thumb-page sends you to a "real" page. Or?

It seems to me this is like shooting squirrels blindfolded at night.

It depends what type of traffic you buy, but usually this sort of stuff is used to feed a tgp/tube site so that you can build your trades etc.
