Doubt about starting a new site.

Hi all!

I was thinking about creating a new adult site. My idea is something like a compilation of the best erotic photos I've found on the internet, and I will update it for example with two photos per day. I've been doing some research about adult ad network, and I've found a couple which I like.

My problem is that I did not take those photos, so I do not own them, but they're all over the internet. So, I don't know if I can get into troubles. Maybe I'd have to put a disclaimer specifying that I don't own that photos.

Thank in advance.

Why would you even think that is a good idea? You can't just post content that you "found on the internet." You should seek the advice of a lawyer, it sounds like you'll be needing one anyway if all of your ideas are like this.

I say do it, and if you get a warning from the creator of some of the content you uploaded, then remove that photo. It's a good idea to have the disclaimer you mentioned, and to also mention that if the content belongs to "you", "you" can send an email and it'll be removed immediately. I'd say it's low risk.

But if you still find it risky, you can always sign up as affiliate for the porn sites you like, and they're likely to have lots of photos they actually _want_ you to use on your site. For example, I'm signed up with X-Art and have their Pic Of The Day on the home page of my site, updates automatically, good stuff and they offer more galleries as well.
