Wordpress Paysite Help?

Hi Guys,

I'm seriously considering redesigning my paysite front end in wordpress, but have a few questions/concerns and wondered if anyone could help?

I have two instances of my adult site running - one is a normal version and another is a tour version devoid of links etc. How could i replicate this in wordpress? Would i have to have two installs of wordpress running side by side? Is there an easier way to update both sites through one install of wordpress?

This might be a bit of a silly question also - Would there need to be anything specific done to ensure that ccbill affiliate codes/cookies track properly? Has anyone had any problems with this in Wordpress?

Lastly i would like to make sure that my SEO works correctly - If i have a static warning in the root/index.php and the wordpress installation in a directory such as domain.com/abc/ will this cause problems in search engines? Is there a better way to display a warning/splash page using wordpress?

Sorry for the long winded post - these a just a few q's i have before i get started. If there are any dev's out there that want to help please email info[at]darkislandmedia.com.

Thanks in advance!

Jack

Hi

As for the wordpress install to cover multiple sites, just install it as a multi-site (the instructions on how to do this are in the wordpress codex manual online)

http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network <-- This might help, if you're unsure on how to do this I can do this if required.

I'm not going to be able to really help with your other questions unfortunately as I've not dealt with having to do this to have much knowledge of the process with ccbill

Kind Regards

Rob

Thanks Rob!

I think thats exactly what i need. It says i can enable multisite after installation too, which is a bonus.

Thanks for your time. I'll be in touch if i lose the plot with it.
