You have to change/edit/improve your sidebar. Currently you have all the widgets active, which are selected by default. Try to give it a custom/selfmade look, if you are not able to create something more "eye-catchy".
Furthermore promoting tube sites like XVideos isn't may the smartest way to start an adult site. Stick with your niche "sex college" and find some sponsors like Nasty Dollars with Daredorm, which are providing these kind of porns... I would recommend you to start by reading the eductional series on this board. You've many things to learn..
