Keyword density of video descriptions

Hey guys,

For each video I upload I include a 50-150 word description. I was wondering, should I be trying to squeeze my niche keywords in there? Sometimes it can make the text look a little bit unnatural, but is it important to do so anyway?

Thanks!

I would put there only keywords that have some connection with the video title (page title). I think that using irrelevant keywords is useless (...but it can add more text on your subpage = bigger chance to have the subpage indexed).

Write text for humans, not for bots.

I understand that, but say if my niche is ebony teen gfs, would it be advantageous for SEO purposes to have something like:

"In this video this sexy teen gives her man the ride of his life. Her ebony body looks amazing as she writhes on him - he's so lucky to have a gf like her!"

Obviously the text works without "ebony" or the sentence containing "gf" but for SEO purposes is it worthwhile to write like that anyway?

Thanks!
