Sell and grow your traffic with Plugrush. Also you may want to check out SGM for mobile, they do well with most EU countries.

You should keep an eye on your Google Analytics for both conversion and location of leads. Honestly I would recommend blocking BS countries that do not convert. You'll save money in bandwidth big time!
