Affiliate Payouts/Processing Fees/Taxes
I'm relatively new to the adult world but I've got a pay-site that I've just started promoting and I've got some sales which means I'm going to have some taxes to pay at the end of the year.
Does anyone have experience with what you are claiming as income vs. what is expenses? For example, let's say I have $500 in net revenue of which $100 is paid to affiliates for promoting the site and $50 is paid to the credit card processor in fees. Do you report the full $500 as income but the other amounts as expense thus leaving $350 in taxable income or do you just report the $350? Thanks for any input! |

This depends in which country you live or better said, where you or your company is registered. Good luck!
