i want it very similar to LiveJasmin.com but of course slightly different.i have been told i will need a dedicated server and alot of bandwidth.whats the lowest cost for all this? but when i say lowest,i still want great functionality and excellent operation.

FYI , there is around 200-300 ppl behind jasmin, at least the half of this is developing it 8hours a day. If you don't have a massive budget, I wouldn't even think about it .

and i will refer my own webcam clients,maybe i will have 50 or slightly more an hour.I'm not shooting for the moon at the start and don't mind waiting to expand several months or 1 year later.

Fair enough. The price depends on the features you want. You said it should be like livejasmin, which means you want

1. Support system
2. Studio system
3. Affiliate program
4. The cam system itself
5. The Site

These are the key points, and after these comes the rest, like do you want TopMembership ? Do you want a whitelabel system? Do you want messageing between models and members? Should it be free or should it cost money? And a lot of question.
