"Video not found" errors will kill your tube - noone will come back again.
Too many popups will force visitors to close the website. Have a look at the most known tubes and see how its done there.

tubes is difficult today i think, because is too much, and people don't pay for anything....as written above, build some more sites, e.g. pay sites, dating, cams....and be patient:-)
